Submitting a request

Here you can submit an online request for issuing, changing data or reissuing a qualified electronic signature certificate.

NOTE FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS: The documents on the basis of which you can request a certificate are a passport or a temporary identity card issued by the Republic of Serbia.

Notice for citizens of EU countries that have introduced the use of an electronic passports – Issuing a qualified certificate for an electronic signature based on an electronic passport is currently NOT possible. Service for reading electronic passports is not made available to trusted service providers in the Republic of Serbia, thus this form of document currently cannot be used as a valid document in the identification process. Customers must bear in mind that the original passport must be submitted upon arrival for the processes of identification and issuance of the certificate to be carried out successfully.

NOTE FOR ENTREPRENEURS: Entrepreneurs who do not have a registered name within the APR can submit a request for a qualified electronic certificate only as an independent natural person. In this case, it is not possible to issue a certificate with the company’s attributes, therefore, due to variations in the length of the business name, we cannot guarantee that it can be entered in the certificate.
